What processing activities do we carry out?

The Application is a website and a mobile application accessible via the following URL: [https://app.otilus.com] (hereinafter, the "Application"), allowing professionals and companies to manage projects collaboratively with multiple people.

What personal data do we collect about you and why?

The personal data collected about you is collected on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw your consent under the terms of this privacy policy, which you accept when you submit your data.

We only collect the data necessary to process the projects you are registered for. This collection therefore has a contractual nature. For this purpose, we generally need your last name, first name, job title, company, and email address.

In the forms, the information required to process your registration request is marked with an asterisk.

The Application uses cookies and we do not carry out any automated decision-making.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We retain your personal data for as long as you have a user account on the Application.

Data relating to a project can only be archived or deleted by a User. In the event a project is archived, such data may be restored within 14 days after deletion; after this period, it will be permanently deleted. In the event of deletion, project data is immediately erased. It is the User's responsibility to delete project-related data. Agence ICI cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for retaining project-related data beyond the applicable retention periods.

What are my rights regarding my personal data?

With regard to the personal data we collect, you have the right of access, rectification, and data portability.
You also have the right to erasure of your data, as well as the right to object and the right to restrict processing for legitimate reasons.

You also have the right to define instructions regarding what happens to the personal data we hold after your death, in particular concerning its retention, deletion, and disclosure. You may express these instructions to us or to a trusted digital third party certified by the CNIL.
