A few years ago, a tool was born to help teams organize better. It was called J’en Cloud! — a nod to the lightness of the cloud and the creativity of those who gathered within it. In 2026, that tool will evolve. It steps forward. It sets a clear course: sovereignty, simplicity, and clarity.

Why this new name?
Otilus is a contraction of “outil” (tool) and “lux” (light). A clear reference to our ambition to bring clarity, fluidity, and autonomy to professional project management. Its maritime and organic inspiration also echoes our mascot: a clever octopus — symbol of versatility, agility, and coordination.
But Otilus is more than just a new name.
Otilus is the natural evolution of J’en Cloud!
A more powerful, more structured tool — yet always more human, more visual, and more intuitive.
What’s coming next:
- A fully redesigned interface for greater fluidity and more space.
- A brand-new Gantt chart — smoother and more efficient.
- An interface now available in French and English.
- Cards will now open with a single click (instead of a double-click)!
- Horizontal navigation across the entire interface via drag-and-drop.
- Column management will now be handled directly from the main interface.
- A guided setup assistant will appear upon first login.
- Introduction of Profiles: ready-made board templates tailored to your activity for faster onboarding.
- The “Manager” area will be replaced by clearer direct access controls on the right side of the interface.
- Within card types, it will be possible to search icons by keywords.
- You will finally be able to add documents to a card via simple drag-and-drop file upload.
