Welcome to Otilus : a new era begins
After several months of evolution, J’en Cloud! is changing its name to become Otilus. This change reflects our ambition: to offer a project management tool that is even simpler, more sovereign, and more powerful.

Monday March 09, 2026
Why this new name?
Otilus is a contraction of “outil” (tool) and “lux” (light). A clear reference to our ambition: bringing clarity, fluidity, and autonomy to the management of professional projects. Its maritime and organic inspiration also echoes our mascot: a clever octopus, symbolizing versatility, agility, and coordination.
What’s changing:
• A smoother, better-organized interface
• A stronger focus on European digital sovereignty
• A new visual identity: modern, intuitive, and consistent
What remains:
Your tool stays the same at its core: the same team, the same philosophy, the same mission. You’ll find your boards, projects, and automations just as before — with even more possibilities to come.
Welcome into the light of well-managed projects.
